As a somatic experiencing® practitioner, eco-psychotherapist and guide, my work is deeply informed by both professional expertise and personal experience. Last year, I walked the ancient Camino de Santiago, journeying from Portugal to Spain, an experience that profoundly shaped my understanding of healing, embodiment and connection. The pilgrimage taught me the transformative power of slowing down, listening to the body and being present with the land and the journey itself. This personal path, combined with my training in somatic practices and trauma resolution, allows me to guide others on their own transformative journeys—whether through counselling, depth psychotherapy, bodywork or immersive experiences like yatras.
